CHICAGO – Nationally recognized digital advertising agency Biggs|Gilmore recently welcomed five new employees to its Chicago office. Curt Clark, Alex Glick, Angela Halaby, Jake Hann and Paul Serilla are the latest additions to the Biggs|Gilmore family, joining the agency’s account management and strategy departments.

Curt Clark, Senior Strategic Planner
Prior to joining Biggs|Gilmore as a senior strategic planner, Curt spent two years at Draftfcb in Chicago as the strategic planning director for the agency’s Volkswagen customer relationship management and United States Postal Service accounts. Previously he was a senior strategic planner at Rapp Collins in Los Angeles, where he spent five years working on the Toyota, Bank of America and DirectTV accounts. Curt also was an account planner at BBDO Chicago, working on the Wrigley business for three years. Curt holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and a master’s degree in advertising management, both from Michigan State University.

Alex Glick, Metrics Analyst
Before coming to Biggs|Gilmore, Alex was an analyst at Digitas in Detroit, where he worked on the agency’s GM and Owens Corning accounts for a year and a half. He also spent a summer at Diageo, a premium spirits company, as a category management intern. Alex, who is certified in Google Analytics, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Angela Halaby, Account Supervisor
Angela came to Biggs|Gilmore after a seven-year tenure at DDB Chicago, where she began as an assistant account executive and worked her way up to account supervisor. She spent the majority of that time on the Johnson & Johnson Aveeno account. Other client experience includes State Farm, J.C. Penney and The Laughing Cow. Previously Angela interned at Energy BBDO in Chicago, working on the Dial account. Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, Mich.

Jake Hann, Metrics Analyst
Jake spent a year as a Web analyst at the corporate headquarters of Walgreens in Deerfield, Ill. before joining Biggs|Gilmore as a metrics analyst. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois in Springfield.

Paul Serilla, Senior Strategic Planner
Most recently, Paul was the manager of solutions planning at Campbell-Ewald in Detroit, where he spent nearly six years working on the agency’s Dow, University of Michigan and United States Postal Service accounts. He began his career as an intern at McCann Erickson in Detroit and completed his six-year tenure there as a strategic planner, working on the Buick and GM Corporate accounts. Paul also spent two years as a brand planner at Doner Advertising in Southfield, Mich., working on the agency’s Minute Maid, Hotels.com, Blockbuster and Six Flags accounts, and then a year as a brand strategy consultant at General Motors, working on brand positioning and consumer segmentation in China, Germany and South Korea. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in advertising from Michigan State University. He is also a trained moderator certified by the RIVA Training Institute in Rockville, Md.
